No Audit trail for preparation cost is foreseen by the Programme.
The lump sum for project preparation costs is fixed with an amount of 37.000 euros to be shared by all the parties of the project (as declared in the AF), exempts project partners from presenting any evidence of the existence or payment of expenditure related to the preparation of the project proposal.
