In terms of eligibility, all types of partners listed in the Programme manual “Building your consortium” chapter are eligible. However, the suited partners for this call are limited in terms of the skills and capacities the Programme expects for these kinds of projects and are listed in the related Terms of References. Those partners need to have the capacity to mobilize external actors and answer to the different objectives of the Programme and its Results Amplification Strategy . Furthermore, the partners need to have the administrative and financial capacities to implement these projects for 7 years.
