If the project proposal submitted by the lead partner does not come from results previously obtained in programs such as Interreg EuroMed, PRIMA/HORIZON, LIFE and EMFAF (DG Sea), will the submitted proposal be automatically excluded from the evaluation?

As mentioned into the Terms of Reference, “projects elaborating a complementary approach with results from LIFE, PRIMA/HORIZON, EMFAF are strongly encouraged”. Therefore, projects that capitalise on the results of the above-mentioned programmes and initiatives will be valorised, in particular through the criteria 1 of the assessment grid, ” Project Relevance (with Euro-MED context and with call expectations”. This assessment grid in an annex to the Terms of References. However, projects that do not present this type of approach will NOT be systematically rejected.
