Any investment in infrastructures has to be well justified in the Application Form, during the application phase, under the corresponding Work Package ( in section C.4 ) and in the budget. In case the project is approved, during the pre-contracting phase, the JS will further analyse each investement and approve it with the consolidated final version of the Application Form.
