Regarding the requirements for the transfer and implementation of the good practice. If the “giver”, transfer the methodology and knowledge to “taker” partners, does each individual “taker” partner need to prepare its own action plan/strategy and also implement a pilot activity based on the transferred good practice?

For this call for proposals only transfer projects are eligible, and transfer projects are not supposed to do pilot actions, as they work on outputs that have been already tested. The Terms of reference of the call provides a list of the kind of activities to be implemented on each “taker” territory, and they involve mostly capacity building, stakeholder engagement, institutional uptake or elaboration of modules for a step-by-step uptake, among others.
Not all the takers’ territories are supposed to apply the same kind of activities necessarily; it is up to the project to decide the actions to be implemented, depending on its own objectives and the output that they have selected from the official database.
