In terms of eligibility, all types of partners listed in the Programme manual “Building your consortium” chapter are eligible. More than their nature, the suited partners will be assessed in terms of their skills and capacities to answer to the Programme expectations for the call, as well as their administrative and financial capacities to implement a 7-year project.
