An international organisation under international Law can participate as co-funded partner in a project if they explicitly accept all requirements deriving from the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union and the regulation applicable in the framework of the Programme (to be submitted to the EU regulations). However, International organisations acting under national or international law cannot act as Lead Partners.
