Partners from 4 or 5 countries are required in order to present an eligible project proposal?

Q: In the manual available, four countries are mentioned  as a minimum requirement for a partnership of an Interreg Euro-MED project. But in the terms of reference, it is stated five. So is it four or five countries ?

A: The Programme Manual fixes a minimum for the whole runtime of the Programme, that could, however, as it is the case for call 8, be increased with the terms of references for each call. So, for this call a minimum of 5 countries is mandatory in order to present an eligible proposal. Please note furthermore, that in order to be taken into account all five partners need to be located inside the Programme area.
