At project level, each partner can choose its option (flat rate or real costs). However, at Programme level, each partner will have to use the same method for all projects approved in which it participates, for the whole duration of the programming period. Changes will not be accepted, meaning each organisation will have to discuss this issue with their Lead Partner from the beginning.
