If the minimum geographical requirement concerning partners is not respected anymore, it will have to be replaced. If not, it will have to be assessed if the remaining partners can implement the project or if it causes too much of an imbalance between partners. This is a case by case assessment which entirely depends on the role and responsabilities of the partner which is leaving. The deadline to proceed with the change will be communicated to the Lead Partner with the Programme Committee decision (approval under condition).
