Specific questions for the 7th Call (MMM coordinated call)
- Completing the Application Form on Jems, while the cells are filled with text, the pre-submission check give them a RED error message as there are not filled in.
- Can an output that is included in the mandatory MMM Joint Output Database be selected as the main source output under Call 7 if the same output has already been further developed or capitalised by an earlier Interreg Euro-MED project outside the present MMM Coordinated Call?
- Can a young start-up act as the lead organisation for an MMM Capitalisation project? If so, what are the main criteria it must meet in order to be eligible to act in that capacity?
- Does the project have to be based on the results of a pre-existing European project, or is it possible to propose a project based on a new approach? If the project does indeed have to be based on one or more pre-existing European projects, do the project leaders of those projects have to be part of the consortium, or is it possible to build on their results without their direct involvement?
- Could the participation of one or more organisations from the original project in two different capitalisation proposals under the “MMM Sustainable Tourism” Call represent any issue from an eligibility or admissibility perspective during the validation process? Also, would it be an issue if the two different projects capitalise the same outputs, even though in a different way?
- Can a Large Enterprise / Big SME (a private, for-profit company) is eligible to participate as a Project Partner (PP) throughout the whole project duration to deliver technical tasks? If so, are there any specific conditions, limits on co-financing rates, or restrictions under the State Aid / de minimis frameworks?
- Within the 21 months max, is there a minimum duration of the projects?
- Within the total budget of €800.000 max, is there a minimum budget size per partner?
- How many countries from the cooperation zone does the partnership need to have for a capitalisation project?
- How much is the max. budget under the forthcoming 7th call ?
- Regarding the requirements for the transfer and implementation of the good practice. If the “giver”, transfer the methodology and knowledge to “taker” partners, does each individual “taker” partner need to prepare its own action plan/strategy and also implement a pilot activity based on the transferred good practice?
- Can a national sectoral association be a PP if their head quarters are not located in Interreg Euro-MED cooperation area?
