There are 2 types of annexes: standard mandatory or additional.
Regarding the standard mandatory annexes (“Partner Declaration”, “Associated Partner Declaration”, and, where applicable, the “Statement of Capacity and Compliance with the Principles for Investment” for partners planning investments), these documents must be generated directly in Jems using the “Export” button available at the bottom of the relevant sections of the Application Form, after the submission of your proposal.
Please note that courtesy versions of standard mandatory annexes are available on the Programme website: Documents & tools – Project applicants – Programme Interreg Euro-MED and are provided for information purposes only, to help applicants understand the information that will be required. Only the versions automatically generated by Jems are valid and must be completed and uploaded.
Concerning the additional annexes, namely:
- the Agreement of Principles between the landowner and the project partner for each partner implementing a pilot activity on a site not owned by the partner organisation (and its translation, if applicable); and
- the procurement calendar covering each planned procurement procedure,
The Programme does not provide templates for the additional annexes. Applicants are free to use their own format, provided that all relevant information required by the Terms of Reference is clearly included.
