All sections of the Application Form, including all descriptions and textual fields, must be completed in both English and French? or this requirement applies only to specific parts of the application?

As specified on the first page of our Courtesy Application Form, in the ToRs and in our Technical Session Section of 8th October 2026, only the project summary should be filled in in both langages; the rest of the AF can be filled-in either in English or French. However, for technical reasons, for each compulsory section, you must write NA or * in the language section not used in order to be able to pass the pre-submission check.
