Standard annexes must be signed and uploaded in PDF format into the system by the respective dates provided with the ToR for the 5th call, (“submission of proposals” p. 25). Thus the submission deadline here is the same as for the submission of the pre-application form. For the 5th Call, the annexes are available for download on the Programme website, on the page dedicated to the call, and shall be uploaded on Jems once completed and signed.
