Thematic projects cover two types of projects: single modular projects and strategic territorial projects. Single modular projects aim either at studying, or testing or transferring an action. Only strategic territorial projects combine the 3 modules. Restricted calls will allow study projects to apply for a test project and test project for a transfer project.
