Yes, the partnership can contribute to other strategies/directives/initiatives and this is up to the applicant to identify the directives, initiatives or strategies the project contributes to and to explain how the targeted solutions will fit-in. The list of initiatives, strategies and directives in the Terms of Reference is not exhaustive.
