Can one project produce both jointly developed solutions and jointly developed strategies / action plans? Or shall it focus on one output indicator only?

The partnership can choose to contribute to one or more output and result indicators from the list available for each Specific Objective depending on the scope and objectives of the project. The outputs and results should be consistent with the envisaged change.
