Is it possible to include PPs from outside the Interreg Euro-MED area once the minimum partnership composition requirements have been reached?

If bringing additional value to the project implementation, as long as it is not the LP, PPs legally based in a region outside the cooperation area but belonging to an EU Member State, can participate in the programme. In this case, an agreement on management and control requirements between the Interreg Euro-MED Managing Authority and the concerned European country or region where the partner is based must be signed.
