Is there a minimum and/or maximum number of Partners, and is there an ideal range of partners for the efficiency of the project?

The minimum number of partners is defined in the Term of Reference of each call. Refer to the “eligibility criteria” and the section “expected partnership struture of each call. There is no maximum number of Partners per se but we advise to keep a small manageable partnership, that respects the ToR.
