To change your password in Jems, you need to click on your username at the top right of the screen, which will open your profile. You must then click on the “Set new password” button, enter your old password and your new password before clicking on the “Save” button.
Please note that passwords must be at least 10 characters long, with at least one upper case, one lower case and one digit.
