As mentioned in the Manual, projects should tackle only 1 SO. However, it’s also mention that each WP of the project needs to have a SO. Do we talk about the same specific objectives?

There are two level of SO, one at programme level and another one at project level. Projects should tackle one S.O of the Programme. But each project has to define its own specific objectives, which will be translated into Work Packages in the Project work plan.
