According to the Slovenian sampling methodology and the national reporting manual, contracts below €10,000 (excluding VAT) are not subject to verification of selection procedures. Therefore, the “External Contract Checklist” is not completed for these cases.
The Joint Secretariat (JS) recommends that National Controllers provide any additional information on these contracts (e.g., absence of a signed contract, applicable national rules, etc.) in section 5.a. of the control report. This ensures traceability and consistency within the verification process (3th NCN Meeting, Tivat 2024)
