Can organisations based in Brussels be partners? Is there still a 20% available for EU partners outside the Mediterranean? Absence of 20% limit means there is no upper limit for partners out of MED area ? Or Can organisations based in Europe but outside Interreg Euro-MED be partners?

Partners from EU countries outside the Programme area can participate as partner in Interreg Euro-MED projects, but not as Lead Partners. There is no restriction in terms of budget but their participation and added value for the targeted cooperation area will be assessed during the project assessment phase.
