Programme Summary
Before the Cooperation Programme approval, the Commission drafted an Orientation paperto launch a discussion on the Interreg Euro-MED programme with partner countries concerned.
It was destined to provide ideas, options and orientations on the thematic focus of the future programme.

The Programme Manual aims at describing and explaining the rules applicable to proposals and projects selected within the framework of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme. You can download the first approved parts of the Manual to better understand how to build your projet.
Strategies and plans
The Results Amplification Strategy supports the capitalisation of knowledge, experience and project results and contains guidelines for a joint Amplification-Communication work plan.
Results Amplification Strategy
The Communication Strategy presents the roadmap for seven years¸ the legal framework, the communication objectives, the target groups, the channels, the content strategy, the different lines of action, the indicators, the budget options, and the implementation management, including the calendar. It is complementary to the Programme Results Amplification Strategy.
The evaluation plan assess the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the Programme’s activities and projects. It also helps to ensure that the Programme is meeting its objectives and targets and making progress towards its goals.

Regulatory transmission of data to the EC
In accordance with Article 42 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 concerning common provisions and Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1059 concerning special provisions for Interreg programmes, the Managing Authority must submit the aggregated data to the European Commission.
