The Association for Responsible and Sustainable Development (UZOR) from Montenegro is looking to join a consortium as a Project Partner under Interreg Euro-MED Call 7. We are not seeking a Lead Partner role.

UZOR is an independent, non-profit civil society organisation working at the intersection of sustainable local development, circular economy, rural communities, cultural heritage, participatory governance and green transition. Our work combines policy research, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, communication and partnership development with practical activities at local, national and transnational levels.

We are particularly interested in project ideas and transferable solutions related to: community-based and rural tourism; circular and resource-efficient tourism; cultural heritage and local identity; green transition and environmental awareness; participatory destination and territorial governance; youth and community engagement;
capacity building and stakeholder mobilisation; communication, dissemination and policy uptake

These areas closely reflect UZOR’s existing experience, including cooperation with municipalities, civil society, young people, businesses, media and local communities.

UZOR can support project implementation in Montenegro through stakeholder mapping and engagement, local networking, research, capacity building, participatory activities, cooperation with public institutions, policy dialogue, communication, dissemination and capitalisation of project results.

We are currently active partners in two transnational Interreg projects: CAROUSEL – Interreg IPA ADRION, focusing on circular lifestyles, upcycling, waste reduction, and local communities, and SMILE Incubator – Interreg Danube Region Programme, focusing on rural communities, youth participation, capacity building, and institutional networking.

We would be happy to connect with Lead Partners and organisations currently developing Call 7 proposals and looking for a reliable partner from Montenegro to support the transfer, adaptation, and uptake of sustainable tourism solutions.
