    Dear Angela,

I am writing from the City Development Agency Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). We have experience in tourism projects and we have very good experience in EU funded projects ( Danube Transnational Program, Interreg Adrion, Interreg Europe, Interreg CBC Croatia-BiH-Montenegro). If you need a reliable partner from Bosnia and Herzegovina please contact us at natasa.bastinac@cidea.org and ana.beader@cidea.org

    Dear Angela,

I am writing on behalf of Kruje Municipality Albania.
Krujë is one of Albania’s most significant cultural heritage destinations, renowned for its Castle, Old Bazaar and Skanderbeg Museum. However, tourism remains concentrated in the historic centre and peak seasons, creating pressure on heritage assets while limiting benefits for surrounding rural communities. The Municipality of Krujë is interested in developing and testing an integrated Sustainable Heritage Destination Management model, combining digital innovation, green mobility, community-based tourism and improved visitor management.

Through transnational cooperation, Krujë aims to pilot solutions such as smart heritage interpretation, visitor flow monitoring, thematic cultural and nature routes, promotion of local artisans and rural experiences, and climate-resilient tourism measures. The municipality seeks partners working on smart tourism, heritage management, sustainable destination governance and community engagement to jointly develop a transferable “Living Heritage Destination” model, where cultural heritage, local communities and sustainable tourism contribute to more resilient and inclusive Mediterranean destinations.

The Municipality of Krujë is looking forward to cooperate with you as a partner. Please do not hesitate to contact us: enimarku@yahoo.com or eneida.marku@gmail.com

Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA from Bosnia and Herzegovina is interested in partnering with projects seeking a reliable local IPA partner for the transfer, adaptation and reuse of their developed outputs in the field of sustainable tourism.

We are particularly interested in solutions and good practices related to urban, rural and mountain tourism, which can be transferred, tested and further valorised in Sarajevo and the Sarajevo macro-region. With experience in managing and implementing EU-funded projects and strong connections with local authorities, tourism stakeholders, businesses and development actors, SERDA can support the successful application and long-term sustainability of project results in a new territorial context.
If your project is looking for an engaged IPA partner to capitalise on existing outputs and create additional impact through their transfer and reuse, we would be pleased to explore opportunities for cooperation.
