Aleksandar VukovićParticipantThe Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska – RARS, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is interested in joining a consortium under Interreg Euro-MED Call 7 as a co-funded uptake and transfer partner.
RARS is a government development and business support agency with 21 years of experience in supporting SMEs, entrepreneurship, local economic development, stakeholder coordination, and European territorial cooperation. The Agency has participated in a wide range of international projects and EU co-funded programmes, including the Interreg Danube Region Programme and Interreg Europe, programmes supported by the EC, as well as initiatives supported by GIZ, UNDP, the Embassy of Sweden, the Embassy of Switzerland and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. These projects have covered a wide range of areas, including sustainable tourism, green and digital transformation, circular economy, innovation and SME competitiveness.
RARS can contribute to the adaptation and uptake of relevant project results in Bosnia and Herzegovina through territorial needs assessment, engagement of tourism SMEs and public stakeholders, pilot activities, capacity building, dissemination and policy uptake.
We welcome contact from Lead Partners and consortia developing project proposals in the field of sustainable tourism and related green and innovative solutions.

Gabriela PopovaParticipantDear Aleksandar Vuković ,
My name is Gabriela Popova, and I represent BATTI Association.
BATTI is an NGO based in Varna, Bulgaria. Our region is eligible for the Interreg Euro-MED calls, and we have experience in two projects under this programme: GARDEN and Med-Routes. Med-Routes focused specifically on sustainable tourism, allowing us to gain strong expertise in this field.
We also work on other tourism-related projects under the Interreg Danube Programme, such as Roman Legacy. We are currently partners in 9 Interreg projects in total under the different Programme Regions.
As an NGO, according to the programme rules, we cannot act as the lead partner. We would like to join as partners in future consortia. Thanks to our extensive experience, we would be pleased to support you in the preparation of the project proposal.
BATTI Association’s expertise includes digital tools, research, innovation, training and education, dissemination and communication, sustainable measures and reporting, cultural routes, and sustainable tourism.
We would be happy to explore potential cooperation opportunities with you.
Kind regards,
Gabriela Popova
