Plastics monitoring & citizen-science specialist available for Call 08 (ISE — “reducing water plastic pollution”)

I’m Tosca Ballerini, PhD — marine scientist and independent consultant (Thalassa Consulting, Marseille), specialising in plastic-pollution monitoring and citizen
    science in the Mediterranean.

I can contribute: design and delivery of citizen-science monitoring protocols (EU Joint List of Litter Items, MSFD-comparable methodology) · volunteer network training
    · plastics field data collection, analysis and publication · engagement with local authorities on policy measures · science communication.

I’m seeking a consortium for Call 08, ideally on the ISE topic “reducing water plastic pollution.” My preference is a co-funded partner role, though I can also
contribute as an external expert — I’m confirming the details with the programme secretariat.

Update to my notice above on Interreg Euro-MED Call 08:

As a micro-entrepreneur in France (a natural person: Tosca Ballerini EI, Thalassa Consulting), I am not eligible as a partner.

I could eventually act as an external expert, but only if the project is funded and I am selected through the partner’s own selection procedure (Programme Manual v5, pp.146–150).

Please disregard the earlier mention of a co-funded partner role.
