    PANORA – Development Agency of Požega-Slavonia County, Croatia, is building a consortium under Interreg Euro-MED Call 8, with PANORA planning to act as Lead Partner.

    Our concept involves the Agricultural and Food School in Požega / Regional Competence Centre Panonika. The Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega (FTRR) is also envisaged as a project partner.

    We aim to explore and test practical approaches to resource-efficient agriculture and resilient local food systems, potentially including hydroponic and controlled-environment growing. Activities would combine pilot testing, knowledge exchange and assessment of environmental and economic benefits. The scope remains open to joint development with partners.

    We welcome expressions of interest from:

    • universities, research institutes and technology centres with relevant agricultural expertise;
    • organisations able to contribute pilot sites and practical testing;
    • public authorities, development agencies and producer organisations working on sustainable agriculture, efficient resource use and local food systems.

    PANORA will coordinate proposal preparation. We are looking for partners from eligible Euro-MED countries willing to contribute actively to developing and implementing the project.

    If interested, please contact us with a short description of your organisation, country, relevant experience and potential contribution.

    Dear Anton,

    I am reaching out on behalf of the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED), a Greek non-profit organisation with extensive experience in EU-funded projects, innovation, sustainable development and capacity building.

    We would be very interested in joining the consortium you are developing under Interreg Euro-MED Call 8.

    We see a strong fit with the proposed concept, particularly in resource-efficient agriculture, sustainable food systems and the practical uptake of innovative solutions. iED could contribute to stakeholder and producer engagement, pilot validation and assessment, capacity building, knowledge transfer, and the development of replicable approaches for Mediterranean regions.

    We would also be happy to contribute to the further development of the concept and proposal preparation, drawing on our experience in European collaborative projects.

    Please let us know if there is an opportunity to discuss our potential involvement. We would be glad to share our organisation’s profile and relevant project references.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,
    Alexandra Kyritsaka (akyritsaka@ied.eu)
