Hello everyone,

My name is Danae Stavrou, Network Coordinator & Proposal Writer at KMOP – Social Action & Innovation Centre in Greece, a Greek non-profit organisation with almost 50 years of experience and participation in over 450 national and European initiatives, including Interreg projects.

For Interreg Euro-MED Call 8 – Innovative Sustainable Economy, we are interested in joining consortia developing and testing solutions addressing ecosystem restoration, biodiversity resilience and the protection of natural resources, with a particular interest in community participation and environmental education.

KMOP can contribute to:
-Stakeholder engagement: connecting local authorities, businesses, civil society and communities to support the testing and adoption of solutions.
-Green skills and capacity building: designing training activities for professionals, local stakeholders and communities.
-Social inclusion and behavioural change: encouraging participation in sustainable practices and ensuring accessibility for different target groups.
-Pilot support and evaluation: assessing user needs, social acceptance and barriers to adoption, and developing recommendations for replication.

We can also bring as a partner a Greek regional or municipal authorities and relevant local organisations or sector stakeholders to strengthen the territorial dimension of a proposal.

We are actively seeking to join consortiums and support support proposal development with our experience.
