Città sotto scacco S.r.l. is an Italian SME specialised in sustainable urban mobility, cycling, accessibility and spatial planning, working mainly with municipalities and public administrations. We are part of the Goudappel Group, an international group specialised in mobility, transport, data and urban development.
For the upcoming Interreg Euro-MED Call 8 – Green Living Areas, we are interested in joining a consortium as a technical project partner. We are also open to contributing as an external technical expert where our expertise can support specific project activities or pilot actions.
Our expertise focuses on cycling and active mobility planning, e-bike mobility, GIS-based accessibility and spatial analysis, sustainable urban mobility planning, universal accessibility, and the assessment and planning of public spaces from a people-centred perspective.
We are particularly interested in projects exploring how cycling and e-bikes can improve access to services and everyday opportunities, reduce car dependency, and contribute to safer, more accessible, inclusive and high-quality public spaces.
A specific field of interest is the potential of e-bikes to extend the accessibility range of active mobility, particularly in small and medium-sized cities, low-density areas and territories where distance or topography can limit conventional cycling.
As a technical partner, we can contribute to GIS and territorial analyses, accessibility and cycling indicators, planning and assessment of pilot actions, monitoring and evaluation, and the integration of project results into local mobility and spatial planning policies.
We are interested in connecting with municipalities, public authorities, universities, research organisations, NGOs and other Euro-MED partners currently developing proposals related to Green Living Areas, active mobility, accessibility and people-centred urban transformation.
