We are a Greek management consultancy. We are posting on behalf of a Destination Management and Marketing Organisation in the South Aegean (Dodecanese, Greece), which we support and which would be interested in joining a consortium for Call 7.
Since the call funds capitalisation projects reusing outputs from other MMM programmes, the organisation would be a strong fit as a new territorial context for transfer: a small-island Mediterranean destination under seasonal visitor pressure, with water scarcity, waste management peaks and pressure on natural and cultural heritage sites.
What the partnership would bring:
• A destination governance body covering several islands, able to act as a coordinated pilot territory rather than a single municipality.
• Links to municipal authorities, heritage site managers, tourism businesses and local communities.
Is anyone building a proposal and open to discussing a Greek island component? We are the first point of contact and can introduce the organisation. Given the 30 September deadline, we can move quickly and are available at short notice.
