Our consortium is looking for a French public authority or local/regional organisation willing to participate as a pilot partner.
The partner should have a concrete river, riverbank, riparian area or river/green corridor site where an ecosystem restoration intervention could be implemented under the project.
The pilot should have:
– a concrete ecological problem or restoration need;
– a clearly identified site and responsible authority;
– ownership or clear legal/administrative responsibility for the site, or the necessary rights, agreements or authorisations to carry out the intervention;
– a realistic route for obtaining any remaining authorisations and completing the necessary technical/procurement procedures;
– the possibility to start the intervention by September 2027 and complete it by January 2029;
– arrangements for monitoring and long-term maintenance.
The most suitable solution for each pilot site will be identified from the project’s common portfolio and adapted to the specific needs and characteristics of the site.
If you already have relevant restoration solutions, measures, methodologies or good practices to contribute to the portfolio, these would also be welcome.
