Eda – Enterprise Development Agency, Bosnia and Herzegovina, interested in joining a consortium as a project partner.
Eda has extensive experience in SME support, digital and green transition, business diagnostics, training and mentoring, stakeholder engagement and the development and testing of business support services. We can mobilise SMEs and relevant stakeholders in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contribute to real-life pilot activities, assessment of results, transfer and uptake of tested solutions, as well as cooperation with public authorities, academia and other organisations. We have experience in supporting public authorities in the preparation of strategies, action plans and other policy documents, and in linking project results with longer-term support measures.
