Hello everyone,

We would like to introduce ENOVA d.o.o., a consulting and engineering company from Bosnia and Herzegovina interested in joining one or more consortia under Interreg Euro-MED Call 8 as a technical, implementation and pilot-support partner.

Rather than proposing a predefined project concept, we are interested in joining consortia where our technical expertise, experience with local and regional authorities, and knowledge of environmental, climate and energy-related challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina can contribute to the testing and implementation of innovative solutions.

ENOVA has extensive experience in the fields of climate change mitigation and adaptation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable urban development, environmental planning, sustainable mobility, decarbonisation and climate-related policy development.

Our team has been involved in EU and internationally funded projects, including Interreg programmes, and has experience in preparing feasibility studies, local environmental and climate action plans, energy and emissions assessments, regulatory and policy analyses, monitoring frameworks, stakeholder consultations and capacity-building activities.

We could particularly contribute to projects related to:

climate resilience and adaptation of cities and municipalities;
energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions;
sustainable and low-carbon mobility;
decarbonisation and energy transition;
climate, energy and environmental monitoring;
nature-based and integrated urban solutions;
resource efficiency;

ENOVA can contribute with technical analyses, baseline assessments, development and testing of methodologies and tools, environmental and energy assessments, stakeholder engagement, local authority involvement, pilot implementation support, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and transfer of project results into local policies and planning documents.

Through our work across Bosnia and Herzegovina, we also have substantial experience cooperating with municipalities, cities, public institutions, utilities, private companies and other local stakeholders, which could support the identification and implementation of suitable pilot activities.
