Green İdea Enerji A.Ş. is seeking eligible partners from the Interreg Euro-MED cooperation area to explore cooperation around E2H, a smart energy solution designed for elevators and sustainable buildings.

Elevators are essential infrastructures in modern urban life. They support daily mobility in residential buildings, public facilities, hospitals, hotels, campuses, commercial complexes and high-density urban areas. However, their strong dependence on grid electricity can create important challenges during grid instability, peak-load periods, rising energy costs or power interruptions. In such situations, elevator operation is not only an energy issue, but also a matter of safety, accessibility, service continuity and building resilience.

E2H aims to introduce a smarter and more sustainable energy approach for elevator systems. The concept is designed to support local energy optimisation, improve operational continuity, reduce pressure on distribution networks and contribute to lower environmental impact in buildings. Instead of treating elevators only as passive electricity consumers, E2H supports their integration into a more intelligent, manageable and resilient building energy model.

The project idea is aligned with the objectives of an innovative and sustainable economy by addressing energy efficiency, smart infrastructure, digital energy management, urban resilience and the transition toward lower-impact building systems. It may also contribute to the broader Euro-MED vision of a smarter and greener Mediterranean by supporting the uptake of advanced technologies in existing urban infrastructures.

Green İdea Enerji A.Ş. can contribute as a technology provider and technical partner. We are interested in connecting with eligible Euro-MED partners to explore project development, testing, validation, pilot implementation, transfer, replication and market development opportunities across Mediterranean regions.
