Development Agency of Šibenik-Knin County (Croatia), a public institution based in Šibenik, Croatia, is actively seeking opportunities to participate in Interreg projects, and currently in particular within 7th Call: MMM Capitalisation Thematic Projects (sustainable tourism) as a project partner.
As the regional coordinator for the coordination and promotion of regional development of the Šibenik-Knin County, we are established by the Šibenik-Knin County as a public institution and we act as the regional coordinator of the cities and municipalities of the county in charge of the preparation and implementation of EU and national projects that are of strategic importance for the development of the county. We have significant experience in cross-border cooperation with EU countries and projects mainly financed by the EU, especially Interreg, covering project topics related to climate change, marine protection and aquaculture, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, employment and social inclusion, tourism and valorization of natural and cultural heritage.
Prominent tourism projects that we have implemented/are implementing wera/are strategic projects TAKE IT SLOW and AdriACTIVE (Interreg Italy Croatia).
