Civic Alliance (Građanska alijansa), Montenegro – partner search, Interreg Euro MED Call 8
We are an established Montenegrin civil society organisation working on good governance, EU integration and citizen participation, with a growing focus on the green transition.
Our work combines research and monitoring, policy analysis, capacity building and public awareness. We have implemented projects funded by the EU, UN agencies, the Council of Europe and several European governments, including regional projects in the Western Balkans and a European partnership on citizen participation in air-quality policy.
We cooperate regularly with the Parliament of Montenegro, ministries and municipalities. Through our School of Political Studies, part of the Council of Europe network, we work with politicians, public servants, journalists and civil society representatives. Since 2023 we have supported the cross-party Green Parliamentary Group on sustainable energy and urban mobility. We have also carried out research and advocacy on waste management.
We are interested in joining projects as a partner from Montenegro, particularly on green transition governance, sustainable mobility, energy efficiency, circular economy or climate adaptation. In such projects we could contribute to stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue, trainings and communication.
