National Control System description
Cyprus uses a decentralised national control system for which the entity in charge of the estabilishing and proving a controller is the Verification and Certification Directorate Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus.
Partners selects an independent external controller who jointly with the Partner, completes and signs the standarized “First Level Controller Designation Checklist” and the “First Level Controller Designation Declaration”.
