Before filling in the survey, read the communication reporting guidelines carefully and refer to them.. They provide precise information on how to determine the type of your events and calculate their average satisfaction rate (for all projects). It also explains how to gather social media data (for all projects) and the typology of results amplification activities (for governance projects only).
