Dear Ms. Sokolova,
We came across your expression of interest in joining a consortium under the Interreg Euro-MED 8th Call and believe that the expertise of the University of Basilicata could be highly relevant to our project proposal.
The City of Gradiška (Bosnia and Herzegovina), in cooperation with our technology partner Dunavnet, is currently developing a project entitled **“Smart Green Health Cities – Digital and Nature-Based Solutions for Healthier Urban Spaces”**, under the mission *Promoting Green Living Areas*, topic *Wellbeing and Health in Living Areas*.
The project aims to improve environmental quality, public health and climate resilience in urban areas by combining nature-based solutions, environmental monitoring, GIS and digital technologies. Through pilot activities in participating cities, we plan to identify urban areas exposed to environmental risks, implement targeted green interventions and evaluate their environmental and health-related benefits.
We believe your team’s expertise in **ecosystem services assessment, GIS-based spatial analysis, environmental and socio-economic evaluation, and decision-support tools** could make a valuable contribution to the project, particularly in developing the common methodology and evaluating the impact of pilot interventions.
We are currently expanding our consortium and would be very interested in exploring the possibility of including the University of Basilicata as a project partner.
We would be happy to share our project concept and discuss possible areas of cooperation.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Jelena
