I am participating in the drafting of a project for this 2024 call. The project is related to the improvement of the prevention and management of risks arising from increased frequency and intensity of heatwaves in cities and regions of the Mediterranean basin.
We are looking for regional/national authorities, associations or network of cities with needs and/or experience on this topic (both from the health, climate change or urban perspective), that are willing to be part of a consortium.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

We are Gradionica, an organization of architects and planners specialized in topics related to sustainable development of urban areas, with years of experience in various projects addressing issues of sustainable development. We are keen to contribute to your project, both in drafting and its subsequent development upon approval.
Bar, Montenegro, is a coastal city facing challenges similar to many other tourist destinations. It is under constant pressure of overdevelopment, often without consideration for emerging climate changes. This leads not only to uncontrolled urbanization but also to heatwaves and frequent wildfires, impacting the wellbeing of its citizens.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
