    Dear Antje

We are the Dalmatian Energy Agency (DEA), the only energy agency in the south of Croatia. As a public, non-profit organization founded by the local regional government, our mission is to ensure a sustainable energy future for our region. This involves increasing energy production from renewable energy sources (RES) and introducing smarter and more efficient systems.

We are implementing solar energy systems, both thermal and photovoltaic, in households and particularly in buildings and facilities of the regional government. This June, our region welcomed 557,000 tourists, despite having a population of only 400,000 residents. During the summer period, our infrastructure is often overwhelmed. Consequently, we are working on smarter and greener infrastructure projects, such as e-chargers, digitalization, incorporation of renewable energy sources in tourism, workshops, educations.

We are very interested in your project

We also collaborate with other institutions, universities, and private companies on sustainability projects. We are interested in joining your project as a partner. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@dea-sdz.hr.

In our region there is a huge potential for the innovative tourist routes and de-seasonal tourism, and we also have a great need to create and promote inclusive itineraries for people with disabilities. As an energy agency, we can provide analysis, publications, workshop and projects for equilibrated tourism. So, We are interested in joining your project as a partner.
