    I am glad to present you the Association for Regional Social and Economic Development (ARSED) – NGO from Bulgaria with 10 years of experience, including Interreg projects, with expertise in tourism related projects. Several of them are:

    – Lead Beneficiary in the “Increasing the Cross-border Tourism Potential between Haskovo and Edirne – CrossTour” project under the IPA Bulgaria-Turkey 2014-2020 Programme for promoting and supporting the development of tourism products from crafts and antiques businesses in the cross-border region between Haskovo and Edirne as a means of enhancing the tourist potential, sustainable development, cultural diversity and the historical heritage of the region (2019-2020)
    – Research and analysis of mechanisms and practices in EU countries for the protection of movable cultural and historical heritage and the ways of interaction between amateur archaeologists and state institutions” (2019)
    – Implementation of pre-incubation activities to promote entrepreneurship among young people from the cross-border region, in areas of priority for local economies, to encourage and support the start-up of an independent business activity through the development of individual entrepreneurial skills (2015)

    ARSED combines the skills of its highly trained, qualified and experienced professionals in the sectors of:
    – Socio-Economic and Regional Development
    – Business and SME Development
    – Government and Society
    – Innovation and Technology
    – Project and Programme Elaboration and Management

    We are also partnering with another Association from Bulgaria – the Association for Youth Culture and Contemporary Arts “Radar”, registered in 2004 to carry out activities for public benefit.
    Key projects implemented by RADAR in the area of tourism and culture are:

    – Project BG05SFOP001-2.025-0091 “Increasing the civic participation for the development of legislation and the implementation of active policies in the sector of creative industries” (9 August 2022 – 31 December 2023), implemented with the financial support of operational programme “Good governance” 2014 – 2020, co-financed from European Union through the European Social Fund
    – Project BG05SFOP001-2.009-0117 “Increasing the civic participation in the processes of formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation in the field of national memory” (4 January 2019 – 4 December 2020), financed by operational programme “Good governance” 2014 – 2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund
    – Project “_The Spot” (30 March 2017 – 30 November 2017), financed by Association “BG Be Active”, aimed at transforming 10 urban spaces in different cities in Bulgaria and turning them into places preferred by young people for outdoor activities
    – Sprite Graffiti Fest – from 2003 till 2014
    – Sofia Ring Graffiti Fest (1 June 2014), Sofia Ring Mall
    – Project “Outdoor Galleries” (February – November 2012), financed by National Fund “Culture”, Programme “Audiences”
    – Graffiti and bike fest “Risk in moderation” (12 June 2010 ), South Park – Sofia
    – Montana Graffiti Fest 2010 (26 September 2010), the monument in front of the National Palace of Culture – Sofia
    – Project “First City School Graffiti Drawing Championship 2009” (18 May – 18 September 2009), co-financed by the “Sports, Youth and Children’s Activities” Programme at the Standing Committee for Children, Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Sofia-city Municipal Council
    – Project “Supporting the development of young artists in the field of creative industries” (15 January – 15 July 2005) under the Youth Activities Programme 2004 – 2005 of the Ministry of Youth and Sports
