• Integrated R&D across ICT, maritime transport, logistics, international trade law, and environmental sustainability to drive innovative solutions
• Advanced digital learning and simulator-based training platforms that enhance workforce skills and adaptability
• Strategic transport & port planning, including macroscopic traffic modeling and smart-mobility system design, to optimize multimodal networks
• Maritime safety & engineering expertise, from navigation systems to propulsion technologies and risk-reduction studies
• Stakeholder engagement through sustained partnerships with the Croatian maritime administration, major port authorities, leading shipping companies, and active membership in IAMU, ensuring that our research and training remain directly aligned with industry needs
