I’m reaching out on behalf of the institution INOVAcija- The institution for the development of competence, innovation, and specialization of Zadar County INOVAcija (Croatia, Zadar). Considering that we enhance technological progress in our county through various methods, participate in conducting education for different groups, and have multiple activities within our institution, we would be happy to join in various projects. The institution INOVAcija mainly conducts training for unemployed individuals and entrepreneurs. Currently, a professional training program for multimedia designers is being implemented.
INOVAcija has a vast team of highly qualified experts with multidisciplinary skills and experience in managing EU projects (co)financed in the framework of different programs. Also, we have participated in projects (both as a project partner and as a lead partner).
Through the implementation of the ongoing and finished project, INOVAcija collaborated with the different sectors and target groups that are needed for the successful implementation of the project proposal. Also, the Infrastructure of the Centre for Creative Industries includes 3 meeting rooms, 14 offices, a co-working space, a multifunctional hall, a video editing room, a sound studio, a recording room (“deaf room”), caffe bar of 68 m2. Also, we are a public institution funded by Zadar County and one of our core businesses is contribution to the development of a technologically innovative and competitive economy of Zadar County.
Zadar County has recognized the creative industry as one of its potential development areas. Precisely for this reason the Zadar Film Commission operates as part of the INOVAcija institution, the first office of its kind in Croatia. The office aims to attract film projects to the Zadar County area and offer active support to all operators who choose Zadar County for their filming location. Creating a foundation that would enable the creation of a more competitive economy in Zadar County is a highly demanding goal to which the activities of INOVAcija are directed. The mission, vision, and strategic goal of the INOVAcija Institution for the Development of Competence, Innovation, and Specialisation of Zadar County are derived from this.
Our strategic goals are the following: Enhancing research-development and business infrastructure; Creating a network of economic operators based on knowledge and high technologies; Strengthen Zadar County and turning it into an attractive development-oriented economic area.
