The Development Agency GAL Genovese (Local Action Group) is an equivalent public body that operates with the aim of promoting the economic growth of the territory and the diffusion of innovation: from the promotion of rural, sports, and cultural tourism to the enhancement of artistic craftsmanship and typical local products, from the improvement of services and quality of life to the development and dissemination of new technologies in rural areas.
It plans, organizes and manages local development programs in consultation with institutional and economic parties.
Moreover, through transnational and interregional cooperation projects, it contributes to the internationalization of the local economic system, activates pilot projects promoting the exchange of experiences between different territorial realities.
