In the Republic of Croatia, civil protection is under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which therefore speaks of the seriousness of the organization itself.
Iti s professional and administrative organisation, tasked with preparing plans and managing operational forces as well as co-ordinating the activities of all participants in the protection and rescue system. The most important tasks are risk and vulnerability assessment, drafting measures aimed at preventing crises and accidents, ensuring that these measures are implemented, and effective emergency management in case of major disasters.
We are looking for partners in the segment of firefighting, civil protection, management bodies of protected areas which are authorized for preventive actions; institutions and organizations with good practice examples and similar.
Our plan is to educate preschool and elementary school children with procedures and procedures in cases of major accidents and disasters and to improve our warning and rapid response systems.
In this 2nd call we are looking for consortium which has similar activities, but we are also open to cooperation on other topics as well.
