Established in 2017 in Italy, ALDA+ Srl Benefit Corporation SB is the benefit company exclusively owned by ALDA* European Association of Local Democracy which aims to pursue purposes of common benefit and to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way. ALDA+ capitalizes on ALDA’s twenty years of experience facilitating local democracy, active citizenship, and cooperation between local authorities and civil society in Europe, its Neighbourhood (Eastern and Southern), and all around the World, mainly acting through participative methods and decentralized cooperation. In addition, ALDA+ leverages considerable experience in the environment & climate field and in the territorial & local development area, and a network of over 250 members. Therefore, ALDA+ is available to offer its expertise by joining partnerships of projects in line with its mission and to promote Euro-MED Interreg priorities and specific objectives.
