Established in 2017, ALDA+ Srl Benefit Corporation SB is the company exclusively owned by ALDA* European Association of Local Democracy which aims to pursue purposes of common benefit and to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way. ALDA+ capitalizes on ALDA’s twenty years of experience facilitating local democracy, active citizenship, and cooperation between local authorities and civil society in Europe, its Neighbourhood, and all around the World, mainly acting through participative methods and decentralized cooperation. In addition, ALDA+ leverages considerable experience in the environment & climate field and in the territorial & local development area, and a network of over 250 members.
